Ever wanted to learn any Circus Skills? Come along this Friday at Kensington Road Youth Club Gymnasium (Douglas) for the ongoing weekly circus space. Great music, great people and lots of fun.
For all levels. Learn Juggling, Unicycling, Poi, Staff, Diablo, Devil Sticks, Contact Juggling, Hula Hooping, Hoop Isolation, Hat Spinning, Tight Rope walking.......
We have loads of equipment for you to use but bring your own if you have...... This is a space to learn, to train and to share skills.....
For those who really get into it there will be lots of opportunities to perform in Play People shows and get gigs etc. in the future......
The current price is £3 for the evening. But if you are bringing your kids just give £1 for them.
Enter through the door (with the scarf on it) on the left of the main entrance. The Circus Space will be in the gymnasium......
Age 14 and above, but parents who want to come along and join in can bring their kids as long as they are not too young as there will be people jumping about on stilts and riding giraffe unicycles.....
If your talents lie in other places like costume design / textiles, theatre, comedy etc. please come down and have a chat, we're always on the search for creative people.....
